NHI–Legetime på nett og mobil

Now you can meet a doctor without leaving home. The app NHI – Legetime på nett og mobil gives you the option to communicate with a doctor through a video conversation and chat, no matter where you are. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or PC/Mac with a camera and microphone. 
 
To contact a doctor directly for quick help, you can log into the app and be allocated a place in a digital waiting room. You will be taken to a safe and encrypted video consultation with an available doctor. It will usually take a maximum of 5 minutes before you talk to the doctor.

You can also book an appointment for a video consultation at a later date. Then you log into the app to see the times and doctors available. You will receive a confirmation with instructions once the booking has been completed. The doctor will ring you when the video consultation is due to start.

The video consultation takes place via smartphone, tablet or PC/Mac. All communication is protected by encryption and ID confirmation to ensure a safe conversation with the doctor.
